Blue Polka Dot Shoes with Roses 8x8 Mini KitCompleted by Deborah Sweet

I printed the sheets at a slightly reduced size on lightweight card and cut out the required elements. I attached the topper to an 8" card with DST. I used the shoes as decoupage, attaching them and the sentiment with foam pads. I finished with a pink bow and gems.
