Books and Roses Layered Bookmark Card Mini-kit
A 3 sheets minikit plus preview sheet. The main image is approx. 17x17 cm with 3D decoupage layers, bookmark, sentiments, insert and mini card. You can make the card either with or without the bookmark, as there are no visible marks for the bookmark cover on the main image. If you want to make the card with the bookmark, remember to fold and fasten the bookmark cover before the decoupage.
There are 3 sentiments in English, 2 in Danish and 1 blank plus a mini card to use instead or with a bottle or a gift package.

I printed the pattern on a light coated semi glossy photo paper and cut out the pattern pieces. I used CUP 8x8 scalloped card blank.
I cut a deep lavender blue card stock square and approximately 1/4 inch smaller around than the scalloped blank and used this to build the card.
First I added the decorative white border and then layered the pattern up with dst and thin foam tape to layer the books pattern and more for 2 flower layers.
I added the colored card with the pattern to the card blank and put down the pearl border around the pattern then the self sticking purple gems were put in place.
Last I used the sparkling faux gems for her necklace and hair barret. I added the lace insert that comes with the pattern. This is going to a longtime friend who lives to read so she will enjoy the card and book marker also.
