I printed out the main card sheet once and the decoupage sheet three times on 230gm glossy photo paper, I cut out the base design and used double sided tape to stick this to the 8 x 8 greeting card blank.

On the first decoupage sheet, I cut out all the elements and using 2mm foam pads attached everything to the topper.

On the second decoupage sheet, I cut out a slightly smaller portion of the lily picture omitting the outside leaves, once again using 2mm foam pads I attached this to the card.

On the third decoupage sheet, I cut out the central lily flower, using 2mm foam pads I attached this to the card, matching the picture thus accentuating the depth of this stunning easy to make card.
