Printed this design onto photo paper and cut out all the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of a 8x8 card, then made up the design using 2mm sticky pads

I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card and layered all elements. Added gems, a sentiment and trimmed a second sentiment into the shape of a speech bubble. A very cute design.
