Cardtopper with Matching Envelope Blue Tulip 784

I cut out all elements and layered with foam tape. I mounted on a dark turquoise card front. I added some glitter to the butterflies and flower and then some blue rhinestones in the corners

I printed the card elements onto 230gsm photo paper and the insert onto 100gsm paper and cut out all the pieces.

I attached the main image and insert onto a white base card and added all the decoupage and a sentiment using foam pads.

A beautiful card which is easy to make and suitable for a variety of occasions.
