Cardtopper with Matching Envelope Cupcake Blue 641Completed by Deborah Sweet

Attached topper and insert to an A5 white pearlescent card using DST. Added layer and sentiment with foam pads and butterflies with silicone glue. Made envelope by cutting, scoring and folding where marked; attached front to back with DST.
