I printed onto photo paper but If you don't have it that's fine. I cut all the pieces out and giving shape to the flowers I used foam pads to add the layers of decoupage to the topper.

I used the included paper for the background.

I mounted onto a 7x7 card front with foam pads. Easy to cut out and make.
