I printed these sheets on to photo paper and cut the pieces out. I cut the card front off the card sheet and mounted it onto brown card, then onto an A5 card blank.

I used 1mm foam pads to add the outer layers, and glue gel for all the decoupage elements. I made the tag buy backing it onto card and cutting it out. I punched a hole in the top and added ribbon.
