I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main image with contrasting paper and mounted it onto a white scalloped edge card...I then added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone gel...this is a beautiful design suitable for various occasions.
