Another lovely card from Dizzy Designs. I printed onto 190gsm Matt photo paper. I built the decoupage using sticky pads. I made my own Matt for the topper. I matted the inserts and stuck them inside the base card.
I love the colors in this card it’s definitely another winner for me.
