printed this gorgeous design onto matte photo paper and cut out. I inked all the cut edges and then assembled the decoupage using foam sticky pads. I used Glossy Accents by Ranger for the sunflower center.

Added tiny diamond self stick bling to the daffodil centers and used Wink of Stella clear shimmer on the rose petals.
