4 page 7x7 Sympathy/Birthday topper, decoupage and a blank insert. There is a choice of decoupage sheets, one with text : Your wings were ready but our hearts were not with tiles, With Sympathy, In Our Prayers, Thinking of You and one blank.
The other decoupage sheet has no text so can be used for any occasion, with tiles: Someone Special, Thank You, Birthday Wishes and one blank.
