I mounted the topper on to an 8x8 card base, I then folded the large tea bag tiles in to a medallion and glued it into the centre with DST I then folded the four smaller tiles and mounted them in the four corners again with DST this is an optional addition.

I chose to use the Happy Birthday sentiment.
