Make a Wish
4 page 7x7 dandelion topper, 2 layers, cut & fold gift tag, blank insert, text insert, 5 tiles, Follow Your Dreams, Sending Birthday Wishes, Thinking of You, Hope all Your Wishes Come True & 1 blank.
Text on the topper reads: Some see a weed....Some see a wish.

I mounted onto an 8 x 8 punched card and decoupaged the layers using sticky pads. I added 2 of the sentiments and added the matching insert to finish
I cut out all elements and layered with foam tape.. I mounted on a pearl white mat, then a deep red mat, then a metallic silver mat and finally a black card front.
I added silver peel off corners.
I added some red stickles to the corner and also large flower. I added some red gems to flower centers
Printed onto smooth card. Cut out and mounted main image onto silver then black card then onto card blank. Added sentiment, then added glitter spray.
