This two sheet mini-kit will make this beautiful, large scallop wobble card. The kit contains a card, approximately 8" in diameter, and plenty of decoupage. The kit also includes 7 sentiment tags, one of which I have left blank so that you can personalise if you wish.

I printed onto glossy photo card. I scored & folded the base then attached the topper using DST. I assembled the decoupage elements using 2mm foam pads.
