An absolutely delightful wobble card that any female would be happy to receive. Cut out all the components, quite a bit of fussy cutting needed, but well worth the effort for the end result.

Scored and folded the base card, then layered the flower decoupage using foam pads.

Once the topper was complete, attached it to the base using d/s tape on the lower half of the topper.

Finished by attaching the Birthday sentiment using 2mm foam pads.
