I printed the sheets on quality cardstock. Quick-dry glue was used to adhere the card front and left side insert to a blank white card. Double sided tape was used to attach the right side insert and foam pads were used for the decoupage.

This is a lovely design without any embellishments but lends itself to more enhancement, if you feel the need.
