I mounted onto an 8 x 8 cream card with a punched rose design corner and added the pocket using wet glue.

I decoupaged all the pieces using sticky pads and added tiny gems to the flowers. I added a bow to the tag and flower embellishments at random.

I printed out the base twice and used one as an insert...this looks so effective
