I reduced the size by 10% and printed onto crafty bobs matte paper, trimmed with my fancy edge trimmer an A4 sheet of white card and scored and folded to make a fold back card I added the topper and to the side I also added the gift tag which I had trimmed down, I decoupaged both with foam pads, added the insert and the backplate, 5 pink satin butterflies and punched embossed leaves, there are lots of different ways you can make up these versatile sheets for a different card every time.
