Printed onto matte photo paper and attached the topper and insert onto a 7x7 card blank.I scored and folded the pleated layer and attached as instructed,used 3d foam and glue gel for the decoupage elements and sentiment and embellished with an organza bow and pearls.A very pretty design,i love the pleated effect!... the good choice of sentiments makes it suitable for many occasions too.
