Copied to glossy photo paper and hand cut out all the elements. Matted to teal card stock. Used double sided foam pads to layer all the decoupage. I have added a clay frame and cameo coloured to match, and some blue gems.

To finish the card off I added some lace with threaded teal ribbon and some pink bows. I coated the cameo, the ruby gems and the flowers with Glossy Accents. I also glued in the insert which comes with the design.A very beautiful design suitable for all sorts of occasions, some thing special for a loved sister, mother or friend.
