Scallop Topper Delightful Dahlias

I printed this kit onto 190gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image onto a pink patterned base card and added all the decoupage and a sentiment using foam pads.

A very vibrant and striking card which is so easy to make and can be used for many occasions.

I printed the sheets onto high quality card paper. I cut out all the elements. Using light foam pads, I attached the decoupages to the card.Then, I glued the card and the insert onto colored card stock.
