Another lovely card from Jean King. These cards are so lovely when finished. I printed onto 190gsm Matt photo paper. I built the decoupage using sticky pads. I then stuck the matching insert inside.
I printed the design out onto photopaper and used a combination of glue and sticky pads to give different dimensions and layered it onto a card blank.
