Printed on good quality photo paper cut out and layered with foam tape onto a matching backing then onto a folded card with pretty die cut borders I then added insert and gift card to complete this stunning design.
I FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTION USED ALL 4 LAYERS OF DECOUPAGE. FINISHED WITH ULTRA FINE GLITTER AND SOME CRYSTAL
