This beautiful image can be for so many different occasions. I matted the main image onto yellow mirror card and then layered it onto the card blank. The central image was also matted onto yellow mirror card and then attached using foam tape.
The decoupage was shaped and attached using 3D glue gel. The image was finished with glitter highlights.
