This is a very versatile design,

I opened it in Do Craft digital designer and added the to to it,

I Printed it twice onto 100gsm photo paper and added my own sentiment to the front. I used photo glue to attach it to an 8x8 card blank. Once i had cut out all the embellsments, I added all the layers with double sided sticky pads.

I hope you like it. It could personalised with your own wording. I added WITH SYMPATHY to the blank tag.
