Printed on to good quality glossy photo paper. Cut off the left hand side, then scored and folded a piece of card stock larger than the top piece.

Attached this to the left hand side then cut out entire piece.

This gives you a perfect fit front and back of card with no measuring. Cut out the rest of the pieces and attached to main piece using foam pads.
