I cut out the main design and mounted it onto the base card which I matted and layered with blue glitter card.

I then added the first decoupage layer to a diecut and added the further layers using foam pads and silicone gel.

To finish the card I added a ribbon trim. A beautiful design from Janyce ...would bring a smile to the recipient especially in these difficult times.
