I printed both the main image and decoupage page onto good quality photo paper.

I cut out the main image and attached it to a blank card using DST, I then cut out the decoupage elements and attached them to the card using double sided foam tape. I also attached the matching insert to the inside of the card.

This is a lovely thank you card.
