I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card. Layered all elements. Added gems and a sentiment. A gorgeous design.

I printed on matte card scored, cut and folded then used foam squares to add the decoupage. I used glitter glue to give some hiighlights then printed a matching envelope on 100 gsm paper to complete.
