I printed the sheets, at a slightly reduced size, on lightweight matt card and cut out all the elements required.

I matt and layered the topper with 3 sheets of pearlescent papers and on to an 8" card using DST.

I added the decoupage that I required and a sentiment with foam pads. A few gems finished this stunning design!
