I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I layered the main image with black/silver

poppy card and mounted it onto a black card adding the decoupage using silicone gel...to finish the card I added a red organza bow...a beautiful design suitable for lots of ocassions.
