Printed at a slightly reduced size. Attached topper to a lilac pearlescent border, then an 8" card using DST. Built up layer and decoupage with foam pads. Added insert with DST. Raised the wings with silicone underneath. Finished with Glossy Accents droplets, gems and a feather. Simply gorgeous design!
