I printed at a slightly reduced size onto matte photo card. I used a patterned foiled card which I trimmed to fit a whte scalloped card blank then mounted using DST.
I placed the topper offset so that the foiled border showed.
I assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads then finished with the matching insert.
