I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card and layered. Added pearls, glitter and a sentiment. A beautiful design for January birthdays, or for any other occasions.

I printed out sheets onto matt photopaper, cut out and attached base to square white 8x8 card, added decoupage with foam pads and insert with dry glue stick and finished with gold cord and bow to spine.
