Printed this design onto photo paper and cut out all the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of my card and I then added a red border all round the outside edges, I made up the design using 2mm sticky pads, then in each center of the flowers on the inner frame I added a small pearl, this is a beautiful design which was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done
