I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I separated the insert and printed this onto 120gsm paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape.

I added the panel and assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the ribbon to the greeting using thin foam tape. This could be used as a gift tag or attached to the card if desired. I attached the insert to the inside of the card using double sided tape.
