Printed on 135 gsm gloss paper, I cut out all of the elements and decoupaged using foam pads, I then mounted the image onto the card and inserted the insert using dst.
I cut out all elements and layered with foam tape. I mounted on a light blue mat and then a pale pink card front. I added some silver peel offs, blue pearls , blue fabric flowers. Lastly some glitter glue and liquid pearls to accent flowers.
