I mounted onto an 8 x 8 punched pop out card and decoupaged all the ample layers using sticky pads.
I used the blank topper and added my own sentiment. I added the insert cut in half to the sides of my card.
I added glossy accents to the centre of the flowers to finish off this gorgeous design
