Added the second topper layer with foam pads, then added butterflies and the sentiment with silicone gel. Finished with a border of narrow washi tape at the top and bottom of the card front, and a spritz of gold Glitter Mist. The design comes with a lovely gift card as well. Printed on matte photo paper after reducing the size slightly so it would fit on 8 1/2 x 11 photo paper.
Covered a large card with two layers of stash paper, then attached the topper and insert with dst (cutting out the band on the topper with the butterflies with a craft knife and small scissors).
