I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I layered the main image with contrasting paper on a white base card and added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone gel...to finish the card I added a baby bib embelishment,a bow and some little pearls...a beautiful design.
