Best Friend 2Completed by Simply Paper

I printed off the decoupage sheet and cut out the base image using a paper trimmer and small scissors to cut out the decoupage layers. I affixed the base layer using double sided tape and the decoupage layers using foam squares. To complete the card I attached the greeting "Happy Birthday To A Sweet Girl" using foam squares.

Such a colourful card which is sure to appeal to little girls (and grown up girls).
