Best Friend 4Completed by Simply Paper

I printed off the decoupage sheet and cut out the base image using a paper trimmer and small scissors to cut out the decoupage layers. I affixed the base layer using double sided tape and the decoupage layers using foam squares.

This card is so cute and is sure to be well received by both little and big girls.
