cup number is 975152-66 and designer is Sheila Rodgers, I printed onto photo gloss paper and placed onto gold mirror card, I built up all the elements with foam pads, I used peel offs for the sentiments and i used a gold cross on the church roof, I finished of with gems on the corners and the cross and white ones on the head band, lovely card for a little girl.
