I printed the sheets on quality cardstock and cut out all the pieces. I used foam pads for the decoupage parts and double sided tape to adhere the card front to a matching red, card base.

A silver peel off "Congratulations" was placed in the center of the card.

A great card to have in your stock/stores just ready to be personalized when an occasion arises.
