Attached the panels with d/s tape and Collall tacky glue. Added extra 3D squares under the Happy Birthday panel to create a raised effect. Attached 3mm red gemstones on the opposite corners of the design.
Glued 3mm gemstones on the broomstick.
Used Collall tacky glue and ds tape to create the matching envelope.
