I printed this adorable design onto glossy photo paper and cut out. I reduced the sheet slightly to fit onto a 7"x7" card blank. I covered the card base with pink and gold card and adhered the main image.
To finish I decoupaged all the elements and finished with liquid gems and glitter touches.
