Mini Kit- Retro Chick #3Completed by Simply Paper

I printed off the decoupage sheet and cut out the base image using a paper trimmer and small scissors to cut out the decoupage layers. I affixed the base layer using double sided tape and the decoupage layers using foam squares. To finish off the card I added the "Happy Birthday" tag using foam squares.

So many uses for this card and very funky.
