For this cute birthday card, an extra border was added. The Happy Birthday banner was created using the blank tag. All was printed on smooth card stock and attached to a square card.
The "Laugh and Dance Sing and Play Rejoice and Have a Happy Birthday" verse was added to the border I made before attaching to the inside of the card.
