I printed the sheets on lightweight matt card and the insert on matt photo paper and then cut out all the pieces.
I matt and layered the topper with yellow doily backing paper on to an 8" card with DST. I added the insert with DST.
I added the decoupage and sentiment with foam pads and finished with gems to the hairslide. A lovely design!
